Welcome to Pharos Game Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile games published on the Google Play Store, as well as our website and related services operated by Pharos Game Studio, an initiative of MK Gen Corp.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games or services.
1. Eligibility
Our games are intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements set by Google Play and applicable local laws. If you are under the required age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our games complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.
2. Platform Availability
Pharos Game Studio games are currently available exclusively on the Google Play Store. All downloads, updates, payments, refunds and subscriptions are processed and governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service and Policies.
We do not control Google Play services and are not responsible for platform-level interruptions, payment processing errors, or store policy enforcement.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play our games for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not: – Copy, modify, or distribute our games or content – Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code – Use cheats, bots, hacks, or exploits – Use our games for commercial purposes without written permission
4. Intellectual Property
All content within our games and services including but not limited to game mechanics, code, artwork, animations, music, logos, trademarks and branding is the intellectual property of Pharos Game Studio and/or MK Gen Corp, unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
5. In-App Purchases & Advertising
Some of our games may offer optional in-app purchases or display advertisements.
All purchases are processed by Google Play
Prices, taxes, refunds, and billing issues are governed by Google Play policies
In-app purchases are optional and not required to progress in our games
We do not store your payment information.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that: – Violates laws or regulations – Disrupts or interferes with game performance – Harms other players or the integrity of our services – Attempts unauthorized access to systems or data
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for violations of these Terms.
7. Updates, Changes & Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or feature at any time without notice. We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with all devices or operating system versions.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our games and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that: – The games will be error-free or uninterrupted – Content will meet every user’s expectations – Gameplay progress will always be preserved

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharos Game Studio and MK Gen Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our games or services.
10. Third-Party Services
Our games may integrate third-party services such as analytics, advertising networks, or SDKs provided by Google or its partners. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
